After becoming alarmed at the effects of food colouring on his asthmatic daughter nearly 30 years ago, Peter Taubert now specialises in gathering and disseminating information regarding chemicals in consumer products. Since retiring from TAFE in 1997 he has been able to commit the bulk of his time to publishing his various works on chemicals that have the potential to harm people, and to establish a very successful lecture circuit. His lectures have stirred many people to make changes that have improved their health and quality of life.
