We are constantly bombarded with information in the media about how a good diet is essential to good health. But is the average person's diet really enough? Mounting evidence suggest that it is not.

Humans were designed to eat fresh fruits. Not only are we missing out on many of the nutrients we need through processing, storage, etc, we are also getting hundreds of additional chemicals in the form of additives, preservatives, pesticides, antibiotics, etc. This trend is adversely effecting our health in many ways.
