Here you will find information about how to return articles. Most articles that you purchased at us you can return on certain conditions.

Dutch and English books
Any books bought by customers of Success Tools, provided they do not show any traces of use or damage (unless damage is caused during transport), may be returned within 7 working days after receipt of the goods to the following address:

Wrong article received
Always check whether the article that you have received is what you ordered. If by accident you receive a different article, you can return it within 7 working days. In order to find out why you have received a different article it is important to indicate on the back of the invoice the reason of returning it and the difference between the two articles. Please state thereby the ISBNs or EANs and return the article to:

Cover of CD/DVD damaged
If the cover of an article ordered at us is damaged upon receipt, and the article itself is undamaged, you need not return the article. Please contact us and we will send you a new cover. Indicate clearly which article it concerns and what kind of cover has been damaged. We are not be able to send you the booklet again; you will receive an empty, undamaged cover.

Book, CD, DVD or other articles damaged
If you receive a new book, CD or DVD damaged, please return it within 7 working days accompanied by the original invoice/packing note. Please state on back of invoice/packing note the reason of returning and send the article to:

If the book is a bad copy, you are kindly requested to indicate this on both invoice and book.

Substitute copy
When you have returned an article, you will not automatically receive a substitute copy. When it concerns a book, CD or DVD, the obligation to pay for the article will be cancelled as soon as we have received your return shipment, or the paid amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible but not later than 30 days. Be sure to place a new order if you want to receive a new copy.
