Shipping your order within the Netherlands
Orders placed via www.successtools.nl will be delivered by TNT Post and TNT pakketservice. When a delivery does not fit in your letterbox, it will be sent as a package. TNT Post does not deliver packages heavier than 12 kilos to the mail delivery address. It is therefore advised not to use a mailbox address in case of a large order but a regular address.

Shipping your order within Belgium/Luxembourg
Delivery of orders placed via www.successtools.nl will be carried out by Taxipost nv, in accordance with the general terms and conditions to be found at www.taxipost.be. The shipment will be presented once-only at the delivery address indicated by the customer. Taxipost nv will not be automatically informed about changes of address submitted to Belgian or foreign mail services.
The shipment will be delivered to the addressee or in his absence to an adult known as part of the family of the addressee. If the shipment cannot be delivered, a message will be left at the address. The shipment will then be held available for the Customer without any additional costs for 15 calendar days after the day of delivery, or according to the specific conditions of the country of the addressee.

Delivery times
Orders within the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days after having been placed. Delivery times of 2 – 5 working days apply after having placed the order within Belgium. If the order cannot be delivered within maximally 30 days, the customer will be notified accordingly by Success Tools. If the customer wishes so, the order will be cancelled and the purchase amount will be refunded by Success Tools to the account of the customer.

Shipping costs
Our shipping costs for delivery addresses in the Netherlands amount to € 2.95 per order and for delivery addresses in Belgium to € 3.50 per order. This is a fixed amount irrespective(!) of the number of articles or the number of shipments per order.

Delay during shipping
You still have not received your order 3 working days (for the Netherlands) or 5 working days (for Belgium & Luxembourg) after it was placed? Please feel free to contact us (+31(0)252215829). In order to service you as soon as possible, you are kindly requested to state your order number in your e-mail or to keep it close at hand when you call us.

Delivery time
The delivery time is the time that the delivery service needs to deliver the package at your home if the product is immediately ready for delivery.
