What must I do as new customer of Success Tools?
To be able to shop quicker at Success Tools, you must register once-only via our website. In future orders you will see immediately in your invoice the proper invoice address, delivery address, company name, VAT-number, etc.. Click on ‘Creating Account’ on the home page to register. Please complete the form and follow the instructions. If everything has passed off successfully you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration.
What is the status of my order?
You can easily follow the status of your order via "My Account".
I have previously placed orders at Success Tools, but can’t remember what I ordered.
You can view your previous orders via "My Account" (so that you will never buy anything twice).
I was a customer of Success Tools in the past, but can’t remember my password.
The password is probably in our customer file, so you need not register again! Please click on “Forgot your password? Click here.” at the login-in page to ask for your password. Fill in your e-mail address (your e-mail address as known to us will then serve as "username") and click on the button “Next”. Your new password will be sent to you by e-mail.
